The Specialist Works appoints Lee Baring as Managing Partner, Implementational Planning

Independent media agency for dynamic growth brands, The Specialist Works, part of What’s Possible Group, has announced the appointment of Lee Baring as Managing Partner, Implementation Planning. Baring will be responsible for leading all specialist teams that span AV, Publishing, Online, Radio and OOH, and help deliver the best work and market-leading solutions for clients.

Baring was previously at VCCP Media for nine years, four of which as Head of Investment, where he oversaw and nurtured the growth of the agency. Baring has also had previous roles at Sony, ITV, MCS and Havas.

This is a newly created role within The Specialist Works leadership team and comes as the business enjoys exponential growth within What’s Possible Group.

Baring’s new role will see him bring deep insight into how the media landscape is evolving across short, medium, and long-term, and he will use this knowledge to drive success for clients and set the strategic direction of The Specialist Works’ specialist capabilities.

Baring will begin immediately and report to The Specialist Works’ Managing Director, Verity Brown.
