Partnership combines DXC’s deep financial services expertise with YEO’s continuous identity assurance technology to help banks strengthen trust across digital customer interactions.
YEO today announced a new and significant partnership with DXC Technology to help financial institutions strengthen identity assurance across digital banking and payment journeys. The collaboration combines DXC’s financial-services delivery capability with YEO’s patented Continuous Facial Recognition (CFR) SDK.
As banks continue to invest in digital transformation, they face a growing challenge: maintaining confidence in the identity of customers and users beyond the point of initial authentication. Account takeover, session hijacking and AI-enabled impersonation expose a gap in traditional authentication: confirming who logged in does not confirm who remains in control of the session. For banks, payments providers and other regulated firms, that gap has direct implications for fraud, customer trust and accountability.
The partnership brings together DXC’s extensive experience supporting financial institutions worldwide with YEO’s unique patented continuous facial recognition capabilities, helping banks and financial institutions explore new approaches to verifying identity throughout digital interactions rather than solely at onboarding or login.
Financial institutions are under increasing pressure to deliver seamless digital experiences on their apps, while maintaining the highest levels of trust and security. As fraud tactics evolve and AI-driven impersonation becomes more sophisticated, organisations need greater confidence in the identity of the individuals they are interacting with throughout the customer journey. Through this partnership, DXC and YEO will work together to help organisations strengthen trust, reduce risk and support secure digital transformation initiatives.
Christo Conidaris, Chief Revenue Officer, YEO, said:
“AI-enabled fraud and digital impersonation are changing the nature of the threat facing financial institutions. Banks have invested heavily in securing the point of login, but authentication alone cannot guarantee that the same individual remains in control throughout a digital interaction. That is a significant gap, particularly when high-value transactions and sensitive customer information are involved.
“The next generation of FinTech fraud prevention will depend on a layered approach, combining behavioural biometrics, network and device intelligence with continuous identity assurance. Each provides a different piece of the puzzle, but together they offer a more complete picture of who is behind a digital interaction.
“Our partnership with DXC brings together its extensive financial services expertise and YEO’s Continuous Facial Recognition technology to address this challenge. Together, we want to help financial institutions move beyond one-time authentication towards a model of continuous trust, strengthening security throughout the customer journey without introducing unnecessary friction for legitimate users.”
The collaboration will initially focus on the financial services sector, where regulatory requirements, customer expectations and evolving fraud threats are driving demand for stronger identity assurance and digital trust capabilities. By combining DXC’s financial services expertise with YEO’s identity assurance technology, the organisations aim to help banks and financial institutions explore new approaches to securing customer interactions while maintaining frictionless digital experiences.
As the financial services industry continues to embrace AI, automation and digital-first customer engagement, trust in digital identity is expected to become an increasingly important foundation for future innovation. Through this partnership, DXC and YEO will work with financial institutions to help address that challenge and support the next generation of trusted digital banking experiences.
