It seems that everywhere you turn right now, gut health is the topic on everyone’s lips. From supermarket shelves packed with probiotic drinks to the growing popularity of GLP-1 weight-loss medications, consumers are becoming increasingly interested in what they’re putting into their bodies and how it affects their long-term health.
Now two of the UK’s most exciting health-focused brands have joined forces to make eating well easier, tastier and far more accessible.
Plant-based recipe box pioneer GRUBBY and gut health science company ZOE have announced a new collaboration that combines flavour-packed meals with cutting-edge nutritional science. The result is a collection of delicious dishes designed to support gut health while proving that healthy eating doesn’t have to mean compromise.
Launching from 25th June, GRUBBY subscribers will be able to choose from a range of fibre-rich, plant-diverse meals that have been reviewed and approved by ZOE’s nutrition team, led by renowned nutrition scientist Dr Federica Amati. The collaboration coincides with the publication of her new book, The Appetite Reset: How to Eat, Drink and Thrive Before, During and After GLP-1s, which explores how gut health and nutrition can help naturally regulate appetite and support overall wellbeing.
What’s particularly exciting about this partnership is that it tackles one of Britain’s biggest nutritional challenges head-on. Despite increasing awareness around healthy eating, only a small percentage of UK adults consume the recommended daily fibre intake. According to ZOE’s research, just 5% of adults reach the 30g daily target, with most averaging around 19g a day.
The collaboration aims to change that by making fibre-rich foods genuinely appealing.

Among the standout dishes are the Speedy Cajun Tofu & Black Bean Salad with Avocado and Lime Dressing, delivering an impressive 37g of protein and 18g of fibre, and the Hearty Chilli Bean Sweet Potato Stew, which packs a remarkable 23g of fibre into a single serving. There is also a colourful Crispy Curried Mango Chickpea Traybake that boasts an extraordinary 13.5 plant points, helping consumers get closer to ZOE’s recommendation of eating 30 different plants each week.
For those new to the science, plant diversity has become one of the hottest topics in nutrition. ZOE’s ongoing research, based on data from more than 300,000 participants, has consistently shown that consuming a wide variety of plant foods can positively influence the gut microbiome, which in turn supports digestion, energy levels and even appetite regulation.
The first 1,250 customers ordering from the collection will also receive a sample of Daily30, ZOE’s whole-food gut health supplement containing more than 30 plant ingredients, including vegetables, seeds, legumes, wholegrains, berries and mushrooms. Each serving provides 4g of additional fibre and has been clinically tested to support gut health and digestion.
Martin Holden-White, founder of GRUBBY, says the partnership is a natural extension of the brand’s mission to make plant-based eating exciting and accessible. Working alongside ZOE and Dr Amati has enabled the company to combine bold, globally inspired flavours with some of the most advanced nutrition science available today.
What I love about this collaboration is that it doesn’t preach. Instead, it offers a practical solution for people who want to eat better without sacrificing flavour or convenience. As consumers continue to look for ways to improve their health, partnerships like this show how science and great food can work together to create genuinely positive change.
The full ZOE-approved collection is available through GRUBBY from 25th June, offering a delicious opportunity to nourish your gut while enjoying restaurant-quality meals at home.
