British indie rock mainstays The Holloways have announced a highly anticipated, one-off headline show at Oslo, Hackney on Friday, 30th October 2026. The landmark concert will celebrate exactly two decades since the release of their seminal 2006 debut album, So This Is Great Britain?.

In a massive thank-you to their loyal fanbase, the band has revealed an unprecedented ticketing perk: every single ticket holder in attendance will have the opportunity to purchase a signed, limited-edition copy of So This Is Great Britain? on vinyl.
Despite driving the mid-2000s indie-pop explosion with structural mainstays like “Generator” and “Dancefloor,” the band’s critically acclaimed debut was famously never pressed to vinyl during its original run. This anniversary event officially marks the very first, and only time the record will be available on the format.
Frontman Alfie Jackson says:
It’s 2026 and it’s the 20-year anniversary of So This Is Great Britain? – wow! We can’t wait to get out and celebrate with the fans later this year, we’re doing a big London show on the anniversary of the album’s release. The album was never released on vinyl so it’s gonna be great to finally get it printed up for the fans – vinyl is the coolest, most real format that there is! Those who haven’t got a record player, now is the time to get one.
The evening promises a full, high-energy nostalgia trip through the mid-noughties indie scene, featuring a complete performance of the debut album alongside fan favorites. Given the intimate size of Oslo Hackney and the inclusion of the exclusive vinyl release, tickets are expected to move incredibly fast.
