A vibrant community-led escape among bustling city life, the cafe’s co-founders, Vidushi Binani and Haylene Ryan Causer, are excited to share their vision with the West End community. Uniting their passion for wellness and celebrating all food groups, the welcoming space will cater to Londoners’ busy lifestyles. This includes new half-sized balance bowls packed full of nutrients, filling post-workout protein shakes and barista-style coffees that embody the brand’s ethos of sustainable wellbeing.
Translating as the French feminine noun for ‘willpower’, Volonté is a place built upon feminine strength with a core belief that optimum wellbeing is achieved through a life of abundance rather than restriction. Opening doors to the flagship space in April 2022 on Brompton Road, the Piccadilly site will offer each person the ability to indulge without sacrifice. Reflective of the popular flagship that opened last year, exciting new dishes include Volonté’s Chilli Bowl, Turkish Eggs on Toast, a wholemeal halloumi Breakfast Wrap, Yogi Bowl and collagen Kinder Bueno smoothie. These will be served alongside a standout mural design that embodies the feminine soul of the flourishing brand.
In celebration of the launch, Café Volonte Piccadilly will be offering customers 25% off throughout the menu on opening day, with a further 15% off the first week of opening.
Vidushi Binani, founder of Café Volonte comments: “Having launched our flagship site on the Brompton Road in spring 2022, we’re hugely excited to be opening our second site on the iconic street area of Piccadilly. I’m passionate about promoting inclusive wellbeing to those across London and hope our new Piccadilly site will connect with a loyal new community, supporting their everyday wellbeing.”
With a collective spotlight on inclusive wellbeing, Volonte’s nutrition-first menu is built upon the principles of nutrition with each carefully considered dish featuring high-quality macro and micro-nutrients. A judge for the Great Taste Awards, and Great British Food Awards with a qualification from London’s world-famous Le Cordon Bleu, co-founder Vidushi Binani lovingly crafts each dish using sustainable, seasonal, and ethically sourced produce.
