Can you tell us something that many people do not know about Champagne?
Champagne differs to most sparkling wines in that it undergoes a specific winemaking process known as methode Champenoise. With this technique there is a second fermentation in the bottle, as opposed to having the bubbles put into the bottle.
What does running a family Champagne business mean to you?
Running my own family Champagne business is very important to me as it is a great feel good product which goes hand in hand with celebration. Knowing that the products bring happiness to the end user is very important to me as it helps me feel that our service has a positive effect on other businesses.
What’s the difference between yours and a bigger non family run Champagne company?
