Sissies delivers star-studded Christmas club night for 2025

A major new addition to London’s queer festive calendar made its debut this December, as SISSIES, the rising LGBTQ+ events brand, delivered its first-ever Christmas club night in Shoreditch.

On Thursday 11 December 2025, ‘SISSIES At Christmas’ transformed Ballie Ballerson, home to the world’s largest glowing ball pit, into a high-energy winter playground, welcoming a packed, fashion-forward crowd for a night of music, performance and festive chaos. The event brought together DJs, influencers, designers and media figures from across London’s queer scene, cementing SISSIES’ reputation as one of the capital’s most exciting new nightlife brands.

Among those in attendance were DJ and Attitude Magazine Trailblazer TeTe Bang, alongside influencers Archie Crisis and Rory City, who boast a combined social following of over 200,000 across TikTok and Instagram. Queer fashion designer Olli Hull was also spotted enjoying the night, as was international DJ Prince Jay Jay, adding to the event’s global club credentials.

Music came courtesy of TeTe Bang and Raul Botella on the decks, keeping the dancefloor moving late into the night, supported by dancers from queer performance collective Homoparody, whose high-impact routines added to the party’s theatrical edge.

The night was hosted by Nick McCluskey, founder of SISSIES and Sunday morning presenter on Gaydio, who has quickly become a familiar face on London’s LGBTQ+ nightlife circuit. Nick said:

“SISSIES has always been about creating spaces where people feel safe, celebrated and free to be themselves, and this Christmas event really showed the appetite for that in London. This night was about creating something joyful and welcoming, and seeing the room full of energy and people coming together made all of the hard work pay off.”

Guests also took part in a festive £250 Christmas raffle, raising funds for Stonewall Housing, the charity supporting LGBTQ+ people facing homelessness.

With December traditionally one of the busiest months for London’s nightlife, SISSIES stood out for offering a dedicated queer club night during a period often dominated by mainstream seasonal parties. The event provided an alternative festive space for LGBTQ+ audiences looking to celebrate on their own terms, reinforcing the importance of representation and visibility within the city’s end-of-year social calendar.

The event took place against a backdrop of ongoing change within London’s LGBTQ+ nightlife, as promoters and venues adapt to new audience expectations. With club-goers seeking experiences that balance escapism with a sense of belonging, nights that centre queer identity while remaining open and accessible have gained renewed importance.

Following the success of its April launch party SISSIES In The House, sponsored by Just Eat, the Christmas edition marked another confident step for the brand, and confirmed SISSIES as one to watch in London’s queer nightlife landscape heading into 2026.
