Valentine’s Day Afternoon Tea at The Landmark London
The Landmark London’s iconic High Tea is getting a romantic twist, enhancing the traditional signature experience taking place in Winter Garden restaurant. Partnered with luxury Champagne brand, Laurent-Perrier, guests are welcomed with a chilled glass of La Cuvée to toast to the special occasion.
The hotel’s renowned Afternoon Tea includes a selection of sandwiches, from Lapsang souchong smoked Scottish salmon, to Organic egg mayonnaise with black truffle and chives. Next, classic freshly baked Raisin and apple scones are served with a selection of jams and preserves.
Star of the show is the sweet selection, hand-made by The Landmark London’s specialist Pastry Chef, Mauro Di Lieto. Options include Salted pistachio choux with honey, rosewater and greek yoghurt and a delightfully zingy Passionfruit and mango mousse.
The Landmark London’s Laurent-Perrier Afternoon Tea is available to book from 7th to 14th February, between 3:00pm to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, and 1:00pm to 5:00pm Saturday to Sunday. Priced at £78.00 per person.
Valentine’s Dinner in Winter Garden Restaurant
Served in the Winter Garden restaurant underneath The Landmark London’s famed glass atrium and towering palm trees, couples, friends and families are welcomed to celebrate the season of love with a locally sourced menu carefully curated by Chef de Cuisine, Netish Nunnan.
The decadent three-course meal includes a glass of Laurent-Perrier Rose Cuvée Rose and starts with fresh, seasonal starters including a Yellow fin tuna tartar with thai chilli, Avocado and toasted sesame or a Croquette of gressingham duck leg accompanied with Roasted butternut, bermondsey honey, clementine and a cinnamon jus.
Highlights include:
- Devon white free-range breast of chicken with sweet potato, creamed leeks and a rich rosemary chicken sauce
- Wild mushroom wellington with soy roasted celeriac, shallot puree, black garlic and baby spinach
- Pan roasted fillet of stone bass with braised fennel, soufflé potatoes, olive, chervil and a lightly salted caper sauce
The perfect end to an indulgent meal is a light dessert. Options include a vegan Passion fruit and mango opera, served with Coconut sorbet and pineapple compote. Those without a sweet tooth can enjoy a diverse selection of British cheeses with a delicious pear chutney and lavish crisp bread.
The Landmark London’s Valentine’s Day Dinner is available to book for 14th February from 6:30pm to 10pm. Priced at £140.00 per person.
