Camden Rocks Presents brings back its legendary rock ’n’ roll all-dayers to the recently relaunched Barfly in a new regular fixture, kicking off on Saturday 8th August 2026. At the Chalk Farm Road venue, Barfly once again welcomes Camden Rocks into the fold as together they stand to showcase the best in new rock, indie and alternative music, and restore one of the city’s most influential homes for grassroots music. Tickets are now on sale from £10 + fees via the official Barfly Camden website.
Barfly and Camden Rocks share a long and storied history. It was in 2009 during Barfly’s first incarnation that Camden Rocks was founded by Chris McCormack; his events were regularly found tearing up the walls of the Camden venue. In a full circle moment, McCormack is now a co-owner of the reimagined Barfly together with Propaganda Independent Venues, as they further cement the deep connection with Camden’s grassroots music community.
The debut Camden Rocks Presents all-dayer at Barfly arrives on Saturday 8 August and promises a full day of new rock ‘n’ roll talent, featuring the London five-piece Lyla Nova, together with Isla Rico, Drew Thomas, Jagged Camels, Dave Melia, Focus, Lake Acacia, To The Dogs, BroccoliBoy and Beach Bønes, from 12:30 pm until 11 pm.
Saturday 12th September sees another wave of quality talent take to the stage including Punk ’n’ Rollers Danny Wildheart & The UK Reprobates, alongside The Priscillas, River Hounds, Midway Still, Barking Poets, Can’t Stop Talking, Leoni Jane Kennedy, Harsh Language and Prick.
The run continues on Saturday 3rd October featuring London’s self-proclaimed loudest Rock ’n’ Roll band The Heat Inc during the day party, while headlining the night shift is rock-n-roll trio The Sideshows, featuring acclaimed songwriter Rich Ragany (Role Models, Rich Ragany & The Digressions), legendary musician Sami Yaffa (Hanoi Rocks, New York Dolls, Jesse Malin), and powerhouse U.K. drummer Simon Maxwell (Yo Yos, The Loyalties, Role Models). This full-day into night takeover also welcomes Kultura, The Sha Sha Shanimals, HollowKid, Down Charmed, Conor Hughes, Carpethead, Bullmaera and Bite Me.
The last in this announcement of takeovers lands on Saturday 24th October with Torus, a band critically lauded by Kerrang! and Classic Rock for their “brand of zero-bullsh*t hard rock”. Lining up is also Jake Jones, Bangover, Burnt Chapter, Help!, Lit Like Vegas, Paint Me Crimson, Her Fury, The Madcap and Cult(ure).
Barfly’s relaunch on 22nd June 2026 signalled a renewed commitment to championing grassroots music. With a fully upgraded sound and lighting system, celebratory Wall of Fame, vinyl listening bar and 1959 AMI vintage jukebox, the venue now begins its next chapter, welcoming new talent to the hallowed stage that helped launch the careers of so many artists including Coldplay, Muse, The Libertines, Florence + The Machine, Ed Sheeran, The 1975, Adele, and many more.
Bands looking for London gigs can apply to play future Camden Rocks shows and be part of the next wave of artists hitting the Barfly stage. Spanning rock, indie, alt, metal and punk, all submissions are welcome.
