PERFECT FOR CHRISTMAS PARTIES AND FESTIVE GATHERINGS, THE EAST LONDON RESTAURANT UNVEILS JAPANESE-INSPIRED SHARING PLATE MENUS
Apothecary East (www.apothecaryeast.co.uk), the East London restaurant and bar is celebrating the upcoming festive season by launching group-sharing menus designed to be enjoyed by colleagues, families and friends,
Available now, the new sharing menus are available for both lunch (12.00pm – 4.00pm) and dinner (5.00pm – 10.00pm) from Monday to Saturday and has been designed for larger groups to sample Apothecary East’s Menu and complementary cocktail, champagne and drinks offering.
The new sharing style menu features a selection of small Japanese-inspired plates from its Sushi Rolls to Hirata Steamed Buns, Vegetable and Grilled Skewers, perfect for those wanting to feast on an array of dishes in a group or duo setting.
Guests are invited to cosy up near the log-burning fireplace in smaller groups or make the most of the large dining area that can accommodate over 130 covers. Alternatively, mid-size groups can book the subterranean private dining room which can accommodate up to 22 seated guests or up to 35 for standing receptions – ideal for Christmas parties and gatherings.
Visitors have the option to choose from one of the following sharing menus:
- A £35.00 per person menu to be shared for two, which includes a selection of 10 sharing dishes.
- Plates include: Slow Cooked Pork Belly or Spicy Tofu Hirata Buns, Japanese Fried Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken or Sweet Potato Skewers from the Robata Grill, Grilled Cauliflower with Black Sesame, Nori Fries and a choice of Ice Cream or Sorbet
- A £50.00 per person menu to be shared for two, which includes a selection of 13 sharing dishes plus a complimentary glass of bubbles on arrival.
- Plates include: Lotus Root Crisps, Slow Cooked Pork Belly or Spicy Tofu Hirata Buns, Japanese Fried Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken or Sweet Potato Skewers from the Robata Grill, Grilled Cauliflower with Black Sesame, Beef Tataki, Cornish Crab Rolls, Nori Fries and a choice of Ice Cream or Sorbet
- A £60.00 per person menu to be shared for two, which includes a selection of 14 premium sharing dishes plus a complimentary glass of bubbles on arrival.
- Plates include: Lotus Root Crisps, Slow Cooked Pork Belly or Spicy Tofu Hirata Buns, Japanese Fried Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken or Sweet Potato Skewers from the Robata Grill, Grilled Cauliflower with Black Sesame, Smokey Tenderstem Broccoli, Blackened Salmon, Beef Tataki, Salmon Den Miso Rolls, Nori Fries and Yuzu Baked Cheesecakes.
Priced at just £17.50 per person, guests can also enjoy the sharing menu for two sat at Apothecary East’s buzzy Bar or next to the cosy fire for after-work drinks and nibbles. Plates include Two Slow Cooked Pork Belly or Spicy Tofu Hirata Buns, Japanese Fried Chicken, Nori Fries and a Chirashi Lucky Roll.

Housed in an old Victorian warehouse with a dedicated cocktail bar, the new sharing-style menu at Apothecary East makes it the perfect Shoreditch destination to meet for a festive casual work lunch or late-night sharing banquet with friends, family or colleagues.
Apothecary East is located on Charlotte Road, a short walk from Old Street & Shoreditch High Street stations. The restaurant accommodates over 130 covers and takes bookings for parties of all sizes. Advance booking across the festive period is highly recommended.
Apothecary East will close from 23rd December for the festive period, reopening on 30th December.
Apothecary East is currently open six days a week:
Monday – 5 pm to 11pm
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – 12 midday to 11pm
Friday & Saturday – 12 midday to 12 midnight
