Organised by Herefordshire Means Business group, the awards celebrate the best of local entrepreneurship, innovation and business excellence. Based in Herefordshire, Loo of the Year Awards are the UK’s leading independent washroom benchmarking scheme, encouraging organisations to recognise the important role of well-maintained, accessible away from home washroom facilities.
Jane who is Awards Manager at The Loo of the Year Awards, has been a part of their dedicated team for a decade.
“I started working at The Loo of the Year Awards Ltd 10 years ago,” she said. “I joined because I wanted to make a difference and highlight the importance of accessible washroom facilities play in shaping customer confidence, wellbeing and reputation. To even be nominated for The Herefordshire Business Awards earlier this year was an honour.”
Jane was one of several finalists in the ‘Best Employee’ category, who travelled to the award ceremony on 16th October at Lyde Court. Jane was announced as the winner and took home the coveted award.
“We are absolutely delighted and incredibly proud that our very own Jane Kibble won Best Employee!” said Becky Wall BEM, Managing Director of Loo of the Year Awards.
“Jane has been an integral part of Loo of The Year Awards Ltd, and we couldn’t be prouder to see her hard work, dedication and commitment recognised in this way. She is such an important part of our team, and this award is so thoroughly deserved.”
Jane was equally excited and shocked to receive this award.
“To be recognised by a local award, celebrating local businesses and entrepreneurship, is such an achievement. I’m still in shock! I wanted to thank my family and the Loo of the Year team for their support over the years, I wouldn’t be here without you.”
The Loo of the Year Awards team joined Jane in celebrating her win.
“Jane’s knowledge, support and dedication make such a difference to what we do, and we are incredibly lucky to have her as part of the Loo of the Year Awards family,” continued Becky.
“A huge congratulations to all the finalists and winners across every category. It was fantastic to see so much talent, passion and achievement being celebrated across Herefordshire.”
