About Alex da Silva, COO and Co-founder

Alex is a Breathwork and Wellness Practitioner who specialises in helping people overcome mental health and addiction issues.  Alex started his wellness service with a mission to help people become stronger in mind, body and spirit. He has faced numerous life changing experiences. As a child he almost died from a very rare chicken pox experience. In later years he suffered from mental health issues and addiction that almost killed him following several overdoses.

In September 2023 Alex was diagnosed with a rare and very serious spinal condition called Cauda Equina Syndrome. Following emergency spinal surgery, he was paralysed from the waist down. Using breathwork, healing, exercise and nutrition he made a full recovery.

Through every challenge Alex faced, he was able to learn, grow and develop into a better version of himself. He has since dedicated his life to learning about healing and thriving so he can help others to do the same. His mission is to help those who are ready and willing to overcome issues caused by mental health, release traumas and negative energy. In turn reconnecting with who you are, healing in mind, body and spirit.

“We are all one, yet we are here to have individual experiences. To truly discover what your purpose in life is you must go within.”
