Fitzrovia’s multi-award-winning boutique hotel, The Mandrake (www.themandrake.com) has unveiled a Spiritual Concierge Menu to offer guests and residents alike unique and immersive wellbeing experiences to reset and recharge for the year ahead. A cultural hub for likeminded souls, The Mandrake invites guests into its mystical world of wonder as it embraces light and darkness, spirituality, and decadence.
The Mandrake’s spiritual wellbeing programme has been specially curated to offer both novices and masters of spiritual practices the opportunity to nourish the mind, body, and soul. Guests can select from a tailored menu of healing and wellbeing treatments, that can be experienced by booking a session from their (in-room) Spiritual Concierge Menu, attending one of their ticketed events or enjoying the new Sunday Soul Restore sessions, which are complimentary for residents.

Healing Treatments
Those looking to reduce stress can opt for Reiki, a Japanese healing technique, administered with a “laying on hands” method.
Guests seeking to restore inner harmony can enjoy a Shamanic Healing Treatment (60 min, from £120) which uses ancient shamanic instruments and cleansing tools (dried flowers & herbs, a smudging tool, an Amazonian rain stick and a shamanic drum) used on and around the body.
For an energy reset, guests can choose the Chakra Healing session (60 minutes, £110 that aims to align the energetic flow within the body’s chakra system.
Sound Healing
An ancient healing technique that uses tonal frequencies, Sound Healing offers guests the chance to bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony.
Special quartz singing bowls and gong baths are used in combination with other healing instruments, to offer a truly relaxing and revitalising experience. Guests can choose from a range of Sound Healing sessions including Soundscape Alchemy, Sound Frequency Alignment, Crystalline Sound Healing and Cosmic Gong Baths ranging from £110 to £180 per session.
Yoga
The Mandrake’s regular Sunday Morning Yoga from 10:00am – 11:00am (60 min, complimentary for residents, £15 for non-residents) offers both guests and outside visitors the opportunity to wind down their weekend in complete relaxation.
Private yoga sessions are also available, spanning Yin, Restorative or Vinyasa Yoga, led by The Mandrake’s specialist teachers.
Massage
From Deep Tissue (60-90 min from £95) to Aromatherapy massages (60 minutes, £95), guests can reap the powerful physical and mental health benefits of massage. The Mandrake’s professional team offers a bespoke massage treatment, tailor-made for each individual. Couples’ massages are also available on request.

Inviting guests to release what no longer serves them, The Mandrake offers its Soul Revival Package. Each guest will spend an unforgettable night in an evergreen terrace room. The package includes an overnight stay, breakfast, and dinner from YOPO finish the stay, the package includes a 60-minute Couples Sound Bath by Crystal Singing Bowls and Gong.

The Shamanic Sleep
Guests seeking to restore harmony in body mind and soul can book The Shamanic Sleep Package, which offers an overnight stay and Shamanic Sound Healing for two which includes Smudge and Sound Healing.
