A Creative Easter Sunday brunch at YOPO, The Mandrake

Guests can decorate their own luxury Easter Egg whilst enjoying brunch dishes and flowing cocktails, bubbles or rosé at The Mandrake

Destination restaurant, YOPO is hosting an extravagant Easter Brunch (£70.00 per person) at Fitzrovia’s vibrant, multi-award-winning boutique hotel, The Mandrake (www.themandrake.com) on Sunday 9th April.

Hosted from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, YOPO’s lavish Easter Brunch is a must-visit activity occurring over the long weekend. Visitors are invited to dine in YOPO’s opulent surroundings, serenaded with bespoke soundtrack from a live DJ. YOPO’s talented team of mixologists have also created a selection of ethnobotanical cocktails to awaken diners’ senses and complement the occasion.

The Easter menu features YOPO brunch classics, including Ostra Regal Oysters to start served with a Champagne granita and lime. Next is a range of plates for the table including Padron Peppers and Hot Smoked Salmon Tostada served with caviar, sea herbs and lime. Main course options span Lamb Adobo Taco’s served with chorizo and poached egg on a muffin and topped with chimichurri hollandaise, alongside Buckwheat Crêpes served with Wild Mushrooms, Smoked Ricotta & Wild Garlic. Flowing sides will accompany the main courses.

All guests will enjoy the truly interactive experience of decorating their own dessert – a Spiced Milk Chocolate Supreme & Salted Caramel Gold Easter Egg. The Mandrake is inviting guests to unleash their creativity and adorn their eggs with a range of edible decorations.

Drinks will flow, as guests have the option to upgrade to free-flowing cocktails (£105.00 per person), free-flowing rosé (£115.00 per person) or free-flowing Veuve Clicquot Champagne for up to six people (£155.00 per person). Delicious house-mixed cocktails include the Mangosteen, which combines tequila, mangosteen, hibiscus, chipotle agave, jalapeño vinegar, lime and grapefruit soda for a drink that is at once tart, sweet, spicy and refreshing.

YOPO’s critically acclaimed Executive Chef George Scott-Toft’s menu is inspired by European-influenced South American cuisine and his travels through Argentina, Chile and Peru. As well as the intriguing cultural and creative design elements and artwork throughout the restaurant, the space provides guests with inviting and relaxing surroundings to enjoy a fun afternoon spent with friends over the long weekend.
