Fans across Spain can watch 18 live NFL games this season with three CayoTV creators calling the action, and the channel’s owner is based in London.
One of the NFL’s newer broadcasting arrangements for the 2026 season has a London connection, even though the games themselves are being watched in Spain.
Announced by the NFL and CayoTV in September 2026, the agreement offers fans across Spain 18 live NFL games on Sunday afternoons via CayoTV’s YouTube channel (13:00 ET / 19:00 CET). CayoTV, headquartered in Spain, is a digital sports media platform created for a new generation of fans.
CayoTV is part of Gameday by NJF Holdings, the sport and media business of NJF Holdings, the London-based private investment firm and family office founded by investor and entrepreneur Nicole Junkermann. Gameday by NJF Holdings invests in and develops sport and media businesses, responding to the evolution of fan behaviour, digital distribution and the sustained global growth of sport.
Creators in the commentary box
Rather than a conventional commentary team, the games are narrated live by Rubén Ibeas, Sofía del Prado and Bruno Feliu, three of CayoTV’s creators. The format is designed to bring audiences closer to the action throughout the season, and it is typical of how the platform operates, combining live premium sport with creator-led programming, original content and social-first distribution.
For viewers in Spain who are getting to know the sport, the approach may suit them well. American football is rich in tactics, with natural breaks between plays and plenty of detail to follow, and hearing the game explained by creators they already watch gives those viewers an accessible way in.
More than the Sunday games
Away from the live games, CayoTV is making Spanish-language highlights and digital clips aimed at fans across Spain throughout the season. It is also working for the league directly: CayoTV will produce Spanish-language feeds of up to six NFL International Games in Europe during the 2026 season, and the NFL will distribute this content via its own platforms, including the Mundo NFL YouTube channel. On-site production is planned for the 2026 NFL Madrid Game.
The two sides will promote one another through the season as well. Calls to action during CayoTV’s broadcasts will point viewers to NFL games on Mediaset and NFL Game Pass. NFL España and Mundo NFL content will be mentioned regularly in the coverage, and weekly social media collaborations with NFL channels in Spain complete the promotional plan.
Kike Levy, co-founder of CayoTV, said the partnership is a very important step for CayoTV and a clear endorsement of the model they are building. Speaking for the league, NFL España’s director, Rafa De Los Santos, said the agreement represents a great opportunity to continue reaching new fans in Spain through innovative and engaging content.
A London-based investor in sports media
For NJF Holdings, the agreement is a high-profile example of the kind of business Gameday sets out to develop: one built around how fans now discover and follow sport, with live rights, creators and social distribution working together. NJF Holdings sets out its view of the deal in a post on its website.
