Morrisons slashes the price of 30 packs of selected Coca-Cola products, to just £5, but there’s a catch that takes the fizz out of the deal!

The offer is available from Friday, 22nd November, until Thursday, 28th November, in-store nationwide.

Morrisons will be offering 30-can packs of Coca-Cola Products for just £5!

The supermarket normally charges £14 a case, but will be knocking out those cans of festive fizz for the equivalent price of just 17p a can, which is a great deal and a great way to stock up on some soft drinks for Christmas, but like all great deals, there’s often a catch, and for this deal, the catch is that the offer is only available to Morrisons More Cardholders when they spend £45 or more in-store. (The £45 minimum purchase can’t include the cost of the Coca-Cola!)

Morrisons has slashed the price of its Coca-Cola boxes to just £5 (usually £14) from Friday 22nd November until Thursday 28th November nationwide.

For customers who use Morrisons as their supermarket of choice or are willing to, it’s an excellent offer well worth snapping up, however, the second catch is that each cardholder is only allowed one case of drinks, so if you are thinking of stocking up in a big way for Christmas, you’ll likely still need to top up elsewhere!

The deal is available nationwide from Friday, 22nd of  November, to Thursday, 28th November, and the deal is valid for 30 x 330ml packs of Coke Zero & Diet Coke. The offer is only available in-store, not online.

If Morrisons offer isn’t going to work for you, then the next best deals are:

  • Sainsbury’s is offering 2 packs of 24 x 330ml packs of Diet Coke or Coca-Cola Zero for £14, with a Nectar Card, until the 10th December, which is 30p per can
  • Tesco is offering 24 x 330ml packs of Diet Coke for £7.00 a case with a Club card until Christmas Eve.
  • Iceland is offering Coca-Cola Zero and Diet Coke on a multibuy offer, which is 2 x 330ml cases for £18, which is 38p per can, or 5 cases for £40, which is 34p per can. The end date for this offer is not advertised.

Can I improve the deal?

There’s often a way to maximise and improve a deal, and I’ve found a few for you:

  • New Iceland customers who use PayPal to pay for their order can use promotion code PAYPALNEW10 which will give them a £10 discount off a £40 order, which is conveniently the cost of 5 cases of cola!
  • New Sainsbury’s online customers can use promo code SCPPC24NO15 for a £15 discount off a £80 order until the 30th of November.
  • If you use a cashback service when making your purchase from either Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Tesco or Iceland, you can save a few extra pence as well. For example, cashback app JamDoughnut is offering 3.1% cashback when you buy a gift card to pay for your order in *Morrisons, *Iceland cashback at 3.9%, 4.1% at Sainsbury’s and 4.1% cashback at Tesco. There is a £10 minimum gift card purchase minimum.
  • New JamDoughnut users can score an extra £3 sign-up bonus when using a referral code to sign up for the app, so this is another way for newbies to save some extra money on Christmas treats!

*(In-store only as Morrisons and Iceland don’t accept gift cards online)

As we get closer to Christmas, you’ll likely see supermarkets price-matching each other’s offers, so it might be worth waiting to stock up if you don’t want cans of drink cluttering up the house right now, but if you have the room, then the Morrisons £5 deal is worth grabbing now, if it works for you!
