They are super easy and quick to make, whilst tasting absolutely delicious so this recipe is sure to impress the whole family at dinner time.

Moving Mountains Easter Bunny Burger

Ingredients:
4 Moving Mountains Burgers
6 burger buns
4 Moving Mountains Chicken Nuggets
2 large tomatoes
1 bag of spinach
1 red onion
1 pack of vegan cheese Ketchup
To decorate: Extra bread buns, black oIives and carrots
Method:
- First, cook the Moving Mountains Burgers – follow the instructions on the packet, and then lightly toast 4 of your burger buns in a dry pan.
- Whilst the burgers are cooking, prepare your fillings. Thinly slice your red onion, tomatoes, and vegan cheese.
- Next prepare your bunny decorations. For this step, you will need to cut some black olives in half to make your bunny eyes and cut some shapes out of your carrots for your bunny’s nose and teeth. Finally, use Moving Mountains chicken nuggets to carve some big fluffy bunny (WARNING: If you are completing this activity with children do not use sharp knives!).
- Then, assemble your bunny burgers! First, stack your ketchup, spinach, sliced red onion and tomato on the bottom and then add your Moving Mountains Burgers, vegan cheese, and the top of your burger bun.
- To decorate your Bunny Burger, add olives to the top bun to make your Then add your carrot nose and wedge two chunks of carrot under the top bun to form your bunny teeth.
- Finally, create two small holes or use toothpicks (WARNING: remember to remove toothpicks before you consume the burger or give it to children!) to secure your fluffy bunny ears. If you have any spare bread, you can even give your bunny a fluffy little tail too!
