What are we looking for as soon as we are born? Search for nutrition
Food, the nurturing foundation of our nutrition, begins with the loving act of a mother feeding us breast milk. As we grow up, we transition from market stores to organic farms, a testament to the care and nourishment that food provides. We are firmly attached to nutrition from birth until we grow up as teenagers and then as adults. This is linked to an approach not only from social to grocery but also internal to the families.

The first step
During pregnancy, a mother’s diet plays a crucial role in protecting the baby. This understanding empowers mothers to make informed choices for their health and that of their babies. And when the baby is born, the first thing they do is ask for milk, a testament to the immediate and ongoing role of food in our life.
The bond that is created between mother and child, even during weaning when trying various types of food and drink, is a natural growth. This indissoluble relationship develops naturally, nourishing both parties on a physical and psychological level. It all happens naturally and increases with time as they manage to ‘feed’ alternately.

There is nothing; they are the protagonists of the scene of nature that is born and proliferates. No one can enter into this love out of the ordinary. They become one, leaving everything else out. They are participants and actors in their amazing relationship. Indeed, at first, it is not easy for both of us to reach this level of affection, but the nature, the instinct of the child, and the intelligence of the mother make them come to build such a special bond.

Growing up
When a girl, boy, or adult is old enough, they go on their own to purchase food and drinks, with a wide array of products available. from diverse parts of the UK or beyond.
In this case, they become the first to choose what they want to eat without asking. In general, you choose a favourite supermarket, or you may select more than one because one offers products that others do not. With growth, then, you change. You look for foods that are more in line with your needs. Our tastes are influenced when we are younger, as we are more conditioned by the family or lifestyle we lead. For example, someone may be a sports enthusiast who follows a specific diet, or they may switch from one diet to another, such as trying the ketogenic diet without carbohydrates. Or, some care and eat and drink what pleases them more, without thinking about what is fashionable.
Not only do you choose food in the supermarket, but also in restaurants that offer many kinds of dishes from all over the world. Additionally, there is the option to choose from a variety of delicious dishes.

What about farms?
There are places, such as farms, that sell seasonal products. These products are not only fresh and flavourful, but they also provide a range of nutrients that are beneficial to our health.
Some people choose to eat only organic food, which is grown naturally without the use of pesticides. They are also willing to drive a few kilometres more in the car, but avoid things that can affect their health. They are very attentive to what they eat and drink, even if this kind of consumption has a higher cost than that found in at a supermarket, which also offers quality products and, in some cases, has suppliers who provide foods of this type. Still, sometimes they prefer to go directly to places that friends or acquaintances have sometimes recommended.
Then, behind the fact of choosing food and drinks that are produced on farms is the reason that more and more people are opting for organic food, not to harm our ecosystem. Numerous discussions and studies on the food industry and our natural world aim to inform consumers about healthier and more natural options.

As we see throughout life, we are tied to food and drink as a form of sustenance and connection with ourselves and our most dear affections. Sometimes, we are so taken by the great variety of products constantly on the market that we do not even have time to update ourselves, but on the other hand, they enhance our pleasure of living more pleasantly.
