I recently had the pleasure of having all four tyres on my Volkswagen Polo replaced and the oil serviced at Auto Motive Service & Repair, a local garage in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch.
The staff at the garage, led by Managing Director Chris Buss with over 38 years of experience in the automotive industry, were incredibly helpful and friendly. I called to make an appointment and they were able to schedule me very quickly, which was very convenient. When I arrived at the garage, the staff greeted me and I gave my keys. They said they would call me once it’s been done to collect my car. Very soon after they rang me to let me know it was all done. I had some further questions and they were very happy to answer them all. The technician listened attentively as I explained what I needed and made sure to answer any questions I had.
The process of having the tyres replaced was quick and efficient. The technician carefully removed the old tyres and replaced them with new ones, making sure to check the tyre pressure and alignment before completing the job. I was impressed by the level of care and attention to detail he demonstrated when explaining the process.
In addition to replacing the tyres, the technician also performed an oil change on my car. He explained the importance of regularly changing the oil and provided me with a few tips for maintaining my car in the future. I appreciated his professionalism and willingness to share his knowledge.
